Yes. Reply to the email with what you'd like adjusted — copy, photos, color tone, section order — and we revise the Draft before you pay anything. The Draft is yours to review at no cost.
Hosting on enterprise-grade infrastructure, automatic SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and one set of edits per calendar month after the first 30 days. The first 30 days include unlimited text and image swaps so you can settle in.
A single batch of changes submitted within a calendar month — for example: adding a new staff member, updating address and phone, swapping a hero photo, and adding a promo banner can all be one set if requested together. Larger work like new pages or feature builds is a separate engagement.
You own all the content (copy, photos, brand assets you provided) regardless. The custom design and code are licensed to you for as long as you maintain hosting. If you cancel, we'll provide a static export of your site's public-facing content within 14 days; you're responsible for hosting it elsewhere from then on.
No. Zen2 Draft delivers a marketing/informational website only. It does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). Standard contact forms (name, email, phone, "preferred appointment time") are fine. Patient intake forms with health histories, online booking that captures medical details, patient portals, or EHR integrations are out of scope and would require a separate engagement (and a Business Associate Agreement). Quote on request. The $1,600 covers a polished marketing site; bigger asks (custom integrations, multilingual builds, e-commerce, scheduling systems, etc.) are billed as a separate fixed-scope or hourly engagement.
